What is the AOL Transit Data Network (ATDN)?

ATDN is a global Tier-1 IP backbone network with a footprint spanning two continents.

ATDN is a 10GE backbone. However, Packet Over Sonet (POS) connectivity is available in select ATDN POPs.

ATDN provides IPv4 and IPv6 connectivity to:

• Internal (AOL) and external web properties.
• AOL data centers and cache complexes worldwide.

ATDN is a Service Provider for the following IP services:

• Paid-Peering
• Transit
• L2VPNs
